Impact: General connectivity issues, clients possibly encountered errors on SMPP and HTTP API
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
We are continuing to investigate this issue.
We are currently experiencing difficulties processing outbound (MT) messages over API in the EMEA (DE)centers. The scope of the issue is currently being investigated and more information will follow in the next update.
