Upon further investigation, we determined that the issues may have been observed across other Data Centers as well.
The issues have been successfully resolved and the People Import service is once again fully operational.

We are currently experiencing a degradation affecting the People Import service on our Customer Portal. You may experience "Import not found" errors when attempting to upload People Profiles.
