Multiple locations - Conversations service degradation

The issue has been successfully resolved and the service is once again operational.
During the specified time period, you may have encountered difficulties when using the Conversation service over our Customer Portal.

Impact: Customers could have experienced a range of user-interface difficulties while utilizing Conversations across multiple data centers, including, but not limited to inability to browse conversation templates, the inability to select and copy (copy-paste) text from existing conversations, and query conversation tags.

We are currently experiencing issues with our Conversation service over mutiple locations. You might experience general difficulties when using the service. Our dedicated team is working on resolving this issue and more updates will soon follow.
