The issue has been successfully resolved and the service is once again operational.
During the specified timeframe you may have experienced inconsistent results when filtering Conversations Views and Queues.

Impact: Conversations filtering

After further investigation, we have determined that the impact scope includes overall filtering in the Conversations module, rather than just Queue filtering.

Our engineers are continuing to work on a fix and we will keep you posted with further updates.

We are currently experiencing User Interface issues with the Conversations service hosted on multiple data centers. You may observe inconsistencies with Conversations Queue filtering.

Our engineering team has identified the issue and is working on a resolution, further updates will follow within the next 30 minutes.
