We are experiencing degradation of our Customer portal on EMEA (DE) data centre. You might encounter problems related to API request authorization and overall accessibility when accessing the Portal. We are actively investigating the issue, and we will provide further information shortly.

The issue has been successfully resolved and the Platform is fully operational once again.
During the specified timeframe, part of Infobip customers may have experienced issues when logging in, pulling reports, and problems in API request authorizations.
