Global (Germany) - Conversations service degradation

The issue has been resolved, and the service is once again operational. During the below timestamps, customers might have experienced a general slowness when loading the Conversations module on the customer Portal and loading individual conversations.

We are currently experiencing issues with Conversations service over our Germany data center. The scope of the issue is currently being investigated, and more information will follow in the next update.
