The disruption is resolved and Voice traffic processing is currently behaving as expected.
Difficulties reaching our Voice service and rejected calls could have been observed during the below-specified timeframe.

Impact: Voice calls processing disruption

The majority of the disruption has been mitigated and we're continuing to monitor the service behavior.
Sporadic issues might still be observed while processing voice calls at our Ukraine location.

The root cause of the problem has been identified and we are currently working toward a solution.

A previously reported voice traffic processing disruption at our Ukraine data center (https://status.infobip.com/incidents/tff3bqjkt9rk) is once again affecting the expected processing of calls at this location.
