Outage Details

We are aware of an issue affecting some customers trying to place outbound calls. We also have reports of issues with inbound calls for some other customers. Our team is investigating the issue and will update this page as soon as we have more precisions on the scope.

As of 18:51 UTC, we implemented a potential solution for the issue related to the Inbound and outbound calls. We have implemented a fix for an issue that was affecting the backend and thus, the ability to place and receive calls. At this moment, we can no longer reproduce the issue identified.
We apologize for any inconvenience or difficulty you may have experienced as a result of this issue.
