Log in issues in Playboooks app and manager portal

We have received confirmation that this issue has been successfully addressed, and it should no longer affect any users. As always, please feel free to raise a ticket with Customer Support if you are experiencing any unexpected behavior.

The intermittent log in issues appear to be fixed and we could confirm that customers didn't experience any failure to log in in the last 45 minutes. We will keep monitoring the situation and investigating the root cause until we are able to conclude that the incident is fully resolved.

We are investigating an intermittent issue preventing users from login into the Playbooks app (Chrome plugin) and the Playbooks Manager Portal (https://playbooksmanager.insidesales.com). Users receive the following error: "Unable to log in: An error occurred, please try again.".
