Degraded experience in the Inbox

We have implemented a fix that should allow the subset of impacted customers to see the full number of conversations in their inboxes once again. We are monitoring for full confirmation of the fix.

We're continuing to work on backfilling impacted conversations to ensure that all conversations/tickets that should be in teammate inboxes are visible.

The underlying source of the issue has been resolved. Our team are now working to backfill the impacted conversations to ensure that all conversations/tickets that should be in teammate inboxes are visible.

We have confirmed the source of the issue that is sometimes causing assigned conversations/tickets to sometimes fail to load. We are currently working to mitigate this and will update you here as we make progress.

We are investigating an issue where some teammates are unable to view currently assigned conversations in their inbox. We will keep you updated as we learn more.
