Dear Iristel Customers,

A thorough investigation was completed by our field operations team.
They have determined that a device replacement is needed to resolve this issue.

Unfortunately, due to the remote location of this site, we will have a longer than average resolution and deployment time.
We are aiming for December 20, 1600 EST to ship and deploy a replacement device.
