IT teams have implemented a fix for approval workflows affecting the Individual Instruction Registration Form (IIRF) andLate Course Registration form.
IT teams will continue to monitor these services to ensure stability.
The Advisor Change Request and LOA forms are back to operating within Salesforce as of May 18.
IT teams have identified workflow issues affecting the Individual Instruction Registration Form (IIRF) and the Late Course Registration form in Salesforce. A workaround is currently in place, and students can continue submitting both forms as needed.
Work is underway to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.
The Leave of Absence (LOA) form is also impacted within Salesforce. Fixes have been developed for both Advisor Change Request and LOA forma, and IT teams are actively testing to validate the solution.
