We experienced a delay affecting a small number of identity verification transactions between 15:14:00 to 17:45:28 UTC . During the impacted window, transactions routed to manual review may have seen minor delays in receiving callback responses and in result retrieval.

The issue has been fully resolved, and all processing has returned to normal operation. No further impact is expected.
