Incident Title: Degraded Access to Perform365 and Engage365

We would let you know that Perform & Engage 365 is now running smoothly. We’ve applied a fix to prevent the server from crashing, and the application is fully functional.

The root cause was an inefficient query that failed to complete. To prevent similar issues, we’ve implemented a monitoring script that automatically terminates long-running analytics_goalwithprogress queries, ensuring the database server remains stable.

We also plan to reduce the database server resources accordingly.

We are currently investigating an issue impacting access to Perform365 and Engage365. When attempting to load the applications, users are encountering a "504 The service behind this page isn't responding to Azure Front Door" gateway timeout error. Our engineering team is actively working to identify the root cause.
