Dashboard intermittent issues

The maintenance update was successful and our team is no longer seeing a degraded performance in the dashboard. We will continue to make improvements to the dashboard over time to maintain a high level of performance.

We have identified an anomaly and will be performing an emergency maintenance tonight (Wednesday, July 14, 2021) at 10:00pm-10:30pm Eastern time. Please note that the maintenance will include a restart of the MySQL server to mitigate performance concerns.

The team has implemented improvements to increase the performance of the dashboard. Slowness and issues with charts loading should be more sporadic now and we will continue applying improvements to sustain this.

The 503 error is now resolved, and the team is currently working on the degraded performance issue that is appearing intermittently. Thank you for your patience while this is being worked on and we will provide more information as soon as we have an update!

There have been some reports stating that the Localytics dashboard is performing slow and some charts are not loading completely. Typically, refreshing the browser resolves this issue, or waiting a short amount of time resolves this issue.

Our engineering team is aware of this and actively investigating what may be causing this. As soon as we have an update, we will provide more information.
