Localytics Dashboard Data Not Available

Our Engineering team has confirmed that all data that was not visible during the time of incident has been restored in the Localytics Dashboard.

We have been notified that Snowflake has mitigated the issue and have confirmed that our systems are back to normal performance and will be monitoring closely while the outage is being worked to closure.

Data that is not visible due to this outage will be restored after we have confirmed the outage has been resolved.

We have received alerts that the Snowflake server is currently experiencing an outage. Some data may currently be missing due to this. We are currently investigating this issue and will update this status as there is more information.
