Our engineering team has confirmed thatCSV and import API uploads are back to normal operations. The team will continue to monitor our backend and is currently planning to update our systems to avoid situations like this in the future.

Profile API is now functioning, but processing at a slower rate than normal. We are currently monitoring the recovery of the processing rate.
