FIS Qualifile ChexSystems - Unknown Chexsystems Error.

As noted on the FIS Incident Bulletin, FIS has successfully restored access to applications affected by a hardware failure due to a local power outage at the Little Rock Technology Center. FIS and vendor teams are working closely with impacted clients to finalize transaction postings from the downtime.

FIS has successfully restored access to applications affected by a hardware failure due to a local power outage at the Little Rock Technology Center. FIS and vendor teams are working closely with impacted clients to finalize transaction postings from the downtime. Batch processing for Jan. 15 and Jan. 16 has either started or finished for most applications, and many are now ready to run their batch processes for Jan. 17 as planned.
Although the majority of issues have been resolved, the impact on Decision Solutions and Credit Ecosystems continues.
The next update is scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 18, 2025, at 08:00 a.m. CT, unless significant progress or resolution occurs earlier. However, we will continue to communicate product-related Bulletins to the affected solutions.

FIS has identified an issue affecting multiple applications in Little Rock Technology Center (LRTC). Users may experience degraded service while accessing the affected applications. You can also reach out to them for additional questions or concerns at FIS Client Portal, at 844.634.7669.

Users are experiencing an error when pulling FIS Qualifile resulting in error of "Unknown ChexSystems Error". We've reached out to FIS and they have confirmed issue on their side. Their service team is working on resolving this ASAP.
