FHLMC (Freddie Mac) experienced an issue with their Loan Selling Advisor that prevented them from sending the morning rate sheet to MeridianLink's PriceMyLoan service. This impacted pricing and committing activities for Cash and Guarantor contracts across multiple MeridianLink components including Mortgage Access, OpenClose Pricing Engine, and Mortgage App Pricing Engine. The incident was resolved after 32 minutes when FHLMC fixed their issue and MeridianLink's rates team verified they could receive the rate sheet.
