User impact: Users' accounts may be suspended and are unable to send email messages through Outlook Mobile.
Current status: We've received reports indicating that some users may be suspended and are unable to send email messages through Outlook Mobile. We've investigated the issue and identified that an incorrect configuration change was made to a portion of mailbox infrastructure, resulting in impact. We've developed a fix to address the impact and are currently implementing it.
