Our monitoring system has identified that some admins with Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses may see inflated active user numbers in the Microsoft 365 admin center and Copilot dashboard in Viva Insights. We're assessing service telemetry to isolate the source of this issue and identify a remediation pathway.
