We're continuing to deploy the fix to affected regions and initial testing indicates impact has been mitigated in regions that've already received the fix.

User impact: Users may be unable to access some Microsoft 365 sites.
More info: Users may see 'An error (500 Internal Server Error) has occurred in response to this request.' when accessing some Microsoft sites. Impacted sites include, but are not limited to:
- https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365
- https://outlook.com
- https://outlook.live.com
- https://www.hotmail.com
And related regional top-level domains sites, e.g. .co.uk, .nl, .fr
As a potential short-term workaround whilst we address the issue, affected users may be able to access Microsoft sites using the following URLs:
For the general Microsoft 365 page - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365
For Outlook - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/outlook

Current status: We've identified that a recent feature update, intended to introduce new service logic, inadvertently contains a code regression that's resulting in site rendering to fail and display a 500 error. We're validating a fix to repair the regression and remediate impact.
