Users reported being unable to connect to Teams calls, access MS365 on the web, login to 365 apps, and issues with SSO to enterprise applications, with some experiencing problems since February 21st. The incident lasted 2.7 hours while Microsoft investigated Microsoft Entra sign-in logs, network telemetry, and third-party authentication dependencies to resolve the authentication issues.
