This incident has been resolved.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. The issue was due to a failure in the deployment pipeline leading to rollback. This led to the lag. ETA to clear lag is 2 hours.
We are currently experiencing a 2-hour lag in the event evaluator for Dashboard-03, which is impacting the performance of Event Trigger and Flow campaigns. Our team has identified the root cause of the issue and is actively collaborating with the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team to resolve it as soon as possible.
Customer Impact:
- Delays in Primary event processing, resulting in delayed sending of campaigns
- Delays in User Entry for Flow campaigns
- Incorrect evaluations for 'Has Done' actions in Flow campaigns due to delayed event processing
