Update:
We are currently experiencing issues due to an outage in an upstream provider.

This is an upstream provider issue, and as such, we do not currently have an estimated time for recovery. Our systems — particularly live ingest — remain impacted. While on-demand ingest has partially recovered, some features may still be degraded.

We’re closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.

Update: We've mitigated the issue affecting on-demand ingest. All new on-demand ingests — including new Direct Uploads — should now function normally.
Please note: Direct Uploads created before approximately 18:50 UTC may still be impacted.

Live ingest remains affected, and we're continuing to work on a fix.

Playback of existing videos: Currently impacted for most assets. Some newer videos may still play as expected.
Live streaming: Experiencing a full outage at the moment.
Video uploads (VOD ingest): Partially affected. Uploads via URL are working, and we're actively working to restore full functionality for Direct Uploads.
