Wir möchten Sie darüber informieren, dass der E-Mail-Empfang zur EN 16931-Rechnungverarbeitung (*@invoice.ediplatform.services) zwischen dem 09.09.2025 ca. 22:00 Uhr bis 10.09.2025 ca. 14:15 Uhr und ab 10.09.2025 ca. 21:45 Uhr gestört ist. Unsere Techniker arbeiten bereits an der Behebung des Problems. Wir entschuldigen uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten und halten Sie über die Fortschritte auf dem Laufenden. Die Störung wurde behoben und der E-Mail-Empfang zur EN 16931-Rechnungsverarbeitung (*@invoice.ediplatform.services) funktioniert wieder einwandfrei.

Leider müssen wir Sie bitten, die im Zeitraum vom 09.09.2025 ab ca. 22:00 Uhr bis 11.09.2025 ca. 11:20 Uhr abgelehnten E-Mails mit Rechnungsdaten erneut an den EN 16931-Rechnungsverarbeitungs-Service unserer Plattform zu senden.

The issue has been resolved and email reception for EN 16931 invoice processing (*@invoice.ediplatform.services) is working properly again.

Unfortunately, we must ask you to resend any emails containing invoice data that were rejected between approximately 10 p.m. on 9 September 2025 and approximately 11:20 a.m. on 11 September 2025 to our platform's EN 16931 invoice processing service.
