Several BSL services for Hospitality customers are currently impacted by an NCR data center outage. Specifically, customers will see delays of data reaching subscribed systems. At this moment, we are confident that BSL services are not directly impacted by the security incident that has occurred in the DFW05 data center. The status of that incident and outage can be monitored here: https://status.aloha.ncr.com/.
