We are continuing to monitor the progress of the Notifications Service coming back up.
As a result of emergency maintenance on the BSL Notifications Service (primarily used for online Ordering), we have had to change the IP address of notifications.ncrplatform.com. Best practice is to have DNS based firewall rules, but if you have any IP based rules in place at your stores, then you will need to update the firewall rules. Please reach out to support if you have any questions about this change. We expect things to come back online within the next hour.
