GCP - Europe West 2 - Partial Outage

This incident has been resolved

We are continuing to monitor the situation with GCP at the current time and at this point we have seen no new issues.

Functionality should now be restored across the affected Aura services. We will monitor the situation closely before considering this resolved.

We are currently implementing remedial action to mitigate the issue in the meantime.
