Netskope has resolved the impact on the telemetry and metrics service within the BWAN infrastructure. The impact created a backlog of events which will require an estimated two hours to clear. During the two hour window, customers may continue to see some anomalies within the management UI and BWAN dashboards. Once the backlog has been cleared, an additional update will be provided.
