A power event at a US datacenter caused a ~7.7-hour disruption to DAX/Dragon Copilot for Physicians and Nurses, during which standalone users could not access generated summaries through the UI, while dictation and recording remained functional. Embedded (Epic/EHR) customers experienced unavailable or intermittent sidecar/UI experiences, though summary delivery continued. Microsoft restored affected infrastructure and confirmed summary access through the UI before completing a failover revert, fully resolving the incident.
