The incident lasted 3.8 hours, during which affected users were unable to access their accounts. The team implemented a solution and confirmed full service restoration after monitoring the fix.

Students and educators experienced errors when accessing Imagine EdgeEX content on Odysseyware for approximately 1.2 hours.
