We are currently experiencing some technical issues with CIRCE which are being investigated.

Access to CIRCE has been possible from around 11am and this also means PLANET will be working too.
Monitoring is on-going throughout today and we apologise again for the disruption caused this morning.
Please be aware we are still looking into issues with OSCAR related Circe applets (OSCAR web application is available) and with eTMA submissions impacting students.
CIRCE - OSCAR update:
Whilst work is ongoing to address the outstanding issues related to OSCAR, the remainder of CIRCE is available.
Issues with eTMA have now also been resolved today.

Testing will continue on Monday following further overnight jobs.
An update will be sent once testing has been completed.
