The University is currently experiencing some issues with access to StudentHome resulting in a Process failed message being displayed.
We are working to resolve these problems as quickly as possible. We will provide regular updates, so please keep checking this site.

We have reverted a change related to OU library websites which should hopefully improve the situation.
This issue is not however fully resolved and work will continue next week but we do now know the root cause of the issue after extensive investigation throughout Friday.

We can see the situation has improved since Friday evening with fewer people experiencing the "Process failed" message when accessing StudentHome.
Work is continuing to fully resolve the issue this week.
