Outage Details
We are currently experiencing some technical issues which might mean you can’t access VOICE.
The following VOICE functions will be impacted:
• For staff: updates to contact information in CIRCE will fail, and CAMEL will not be able to retrieve data from VOICE to send emails.
• Students won’t be able to view or book on tutorials.
• Enquirers won’t be able to access their My Account page.
• Tutors will not be able to view tutorial information.
• Corporate accounts will not be able to access SponsorHome.
We are working to resolve the problem as quickly as we can. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
