Our integration partner, Vetdata, let us know that they are currently experiencing an outage and we wanted to let you know ASAP as this may result in a service disruption or delay with data syncing from your practice management system to Flow as well as conversation write-backs being delayed or unavailable temporarily. We fully expect all data syncs to catch up once this is resolved and are partnering closely with Vetdata so that you can be first to know once there is an update. Please follow here for updates.
