The incident our third-party email provider is experiencing is related to issues with AWS. These issues are not impacting Paddle's own services and we are monitoring whether other third-party services are affected.

This started at 17:57 UK time and while some of the queued transactional emails are now being sent, there are still more processing. We will update as soon as more details become available.

The incident our third-party email provider was experiencing in relation to AWS has been resolved. New emails are being sent out immediately while the ones that were queued from the incident are now being processed.
