Our engineers are currently investigating an issue affecting the Profitwell web app and API. This is impacting access to the Paddle dashboard and Retain pages, as well as additional services such as demo.profitwell.com and api-retain.
Widgets and payment recovery features remain functional.
We are actively working to identify the root cause and restore full service as quickly as possible. We will provide updates here as soon as we have more information.
