Buyers may experience delays in receiving emails sent from Paddle

Our transactional email provider is currently investigating issues whereby messages are not currently being sent. This may result in delays in buyers receiving emails sent from Paddle including order confirmations and delivery details.

The incident our third-party email provider is experiencing is related to issues with outbound sending. The current issue is with ISP blocks causing elevated bounces for some buyers.

This started at 6.30am BST.

Our third-party provider is working on removing the block causing these bounces and also moving traffic off the affected IPs until this is resolved.

We will update you as soon as more details become available.

The incident our third-party email provider was experiencing has been resolved. New emails are being sent out immediately whilst our engineers are currently looking into a fix for emails waiting in a queue to be sent.
