Our transactional email provider is currently investigating issues whereby messages are not currently being sent. This may result in delays in buyers receiving emails sent from Paddle including order confirmations and delivery details.

Our transactional email provider has identified the cause of the outbound sending delays as an issue with a third party hosting provider.

We will update with more information as soon as possible.

According to the provider, the delays affecting outbound emails are improving but the issue is still ongoing.

The delays affecting outbound emails have continued improving but the issue is still ongoing. Our provider is working diligently to speed up the sending process in their queues and we will post more information as soon as possible.

Our email provider is continuing to recover from yesterday's incident.

At about 9:40 UTC, we received an update that new emails were being sent out quickly and this has continued.

As of 12:30 UTC, 90% of emails in the backlog have been delivered successfully.

We'll continue to monitor and provide updates throughout recovery. Thanks for your continued patience.

The incident our email provider was experiencing has now been resolved.

All emails from the backlog have now been delivered and new emails are continuing to be sent successfully without delay.
