Our engineers are currently investigating an issue with the subscription management app. Buyers can access this via a link in the subscription emails. When buyers try to cancel, they are currently shown a blank page and the cancellation is not processed.
While we're working on fixing this on our end, buyers can cancel their subscription via Paddle.net.
