Palo Alto Networks has a new page to view Prisma Access status, https://sase.status.paloaltonetworks.com/, that replaces the https://status.paloaltonetworks.com/ page. While the historical Prisma Access related metrics within the current status page will be available until September 2023, Palo Alto Networks recommends that you start using the https://sase.status.paloaltonetworks.com/ page and Subscribe to Updates now, in order to get updates for Prisma Access specific incidents, metrics and announcements. This SASE status page has these features: Provides you with a 12 month outlook for upcoming Prisma Access events using either a calendar or list view. Shows Insights and Autonomous DEM status, as well as Prisma Access status for Fedramp environments Allows you to view the status of all of Palo Alto Networks SASE products. In addition, incremental improvements will be made to this status page to include incidents and announcements from other SASE-related products/services. The status, metrics, announcements and incident updates for all non-Prisma Access related features and infrastructure ( for example, Wildfire, Cortex Data Lake, Cortex XSOAR, PanDB, etc ), will continue to be hosted under https://status.paloaltonetworks.com/ . Palo Alto Networks thus recommends not unsubscribing for alerts from this page, especially if you are actively using the features described within this page.
