Particle Outage History

A signaling issue affected 4G data sessions for a small percentage of Particle EtherSIM devices, causing cellular connectivity problems. The service degradation lasted 4.4 hours while the team worked with their provider to resolve the underlying signaling problem. The issue was successfully resolved and normal cellular connectivity was restored.

Particle experienced a 3.5-hour outage affecting cellular connectivity for devices using EtherSIM. The connectivity issues prevented devices from maintaining normal network connections. The problem was identified and resolved with a fix implementation, after which device online counts and reconnections returned to normal levels.

Tachyon devices experienced connectivity issues preventing them from connecting to the Particle cloud for 10 hours. A fix was implemented and monitored before the incident was fully resolved. Local Tachyon connectivity remained unaffected throughout the outage.
