The PBS KIDS app failed to load on Roku and iOS devices, while the pbskids.org/video site experienced degraded performance, with users reporting that apps only displayed previously downloaded content rather than streaming new material. The outage affected both the PBS KIDS website and mobile/streaming apps for 3.2 hours. A fix was implemented and monitored before the incident was fully resolved.

PBS experienced an issue with the Bento console that prevented users from pasting content, forcing them to manually type all text additions to websites. The problem affected the HostedBento component for 71.3 hours before being resolved with a hotfix that restored normal paste functionality.
