Unexpected outage

All jobs have been reprocessed successfully, and everything is now back to normal again. Thanks again for your patience during this unexpected outage!

Things are returning to normal in general, though we're still seeing some performance issues, and we have a significant backlog of jobs to reprocess following the outage. We're continuing to work on this side to return things to normal, and will update when everything is fully functional again. We appreciate your patience!

The application is now up again, however some functionality is still not available, such as bank feeds. We're continuing to investigate and apply fixes.

Our upstream providers are applying fixes on their side of things, and though we're seeing some improvement, the overall application still remains down. Will update again soon.

We've identified that the issue exists with the networking layer at our upstream provider. We're in touch with them to get the issue fixed, and will update here as soon as we know more.
