Unexpected outage and slow performance

Everything is now back to normal, and bank feed imports will occur swiftly after a feed sync completes. Thanks for all your patience as we worked through this issue!

The web application and mobile apps continue to be stable. However, after a bank feed sync, there will be a 15-20 minute delay to get your transactions imported into PocketSmith. This delay is likely to continue for the next few hours, and we'll update here as progress is made on reducing this delay. Thanks for your patience.

The web application and mobile apps are now back up and running, however you may experience a delay in transactions being imported from bank feeds, for the next 30 minutes or so. Will continue to update here as things evolve, appreciate your patience!

We're applying mitigation measures now, and hope to have the web application and mobile apps available again soon. Will provide more updates soon.
