Polar experienced data transfer issues between Polar Flow and Strava, causing synchronization to be slower than normal or fail completely. The incident affected the data transfer service to Strava for 1.6 hours. The issue was resolved and data transfer returned to normal operation.

The Polar Flow mobile application on Android version 7.35.0 experienced a synchronization issue that prevented activity data from appearing correctly in the app. The incident lasted approximately 13 days and was resolved through two hotfix releases (versions 7.35.1 and 7.35.2) that addressed the data synchronization problems and included additional stability enhancements.

A data transfer issue affected Polar's Flow-to-AccessLink API partners from January 7th at 07:00 UTC until midnight, disrupting the Polar API/3rd party sync component. Data transfer functionality returned to normal after midnight, but the incident required an extended investigation and monitoring period. The issue was fully resolved on March 24th after deploying a fix and completing data consistency checks.
