Between 4:00 - 4:30 am CST, both EU-West and US-East regions experienced a brief disruption of RADIUS services resulting in authentication timeout issues. Some customers also reported higher-than-expected RADIUS authentication latency three hours later at or around 7 am CST.
Our engineering team is investigating and has increased resources in response. At this time, service has been fully restored. We will continue to monitor all critical services closely and adjust resources where necessary to ensure the highest level of service delivery. If you believe you are experiencing a disruption of service, please contact support immediately.
