Outage Details

We are experiencing intermittent issues with the CLEAR web portal returning the occasional 503 error. If this problem persists, we recommend either clearing your cookies, trying another web browser, or using incognito mode and trying again. Our engineering team is working closely with Microsoft to mitigate the issue.
