We have noticed that mails from the PreVeil backend to users’ unencrypted email accounts are not being delivered. As a result, the following services are impacted: (1) creation of new accounts, (2) account recovery using recovery groups and (3) unread email notifications. We are working to fix this as soon as possible and will provide updates. Note that the normal use of PreVeil such as sending/receiving encrypted emails and the drive functionality are NOT IMPACTED by this.

The issue of outbound unencrypted emails is resolved. Account creation, recovery and unread mail notifications should be working as expected. Please contact PreVeil Support if you see any issues.
